The building with another gallery neighbour on the two floors above is a typical Berlin 19th century building and is located in a courtyard directly on Potsdamer Strasse. The courtyard is completely closed at night by gates and only authorised persons can enter the courtyard. The rent includes a private parking spot in front of the building.

The space is equipped with wooden floors in gray, professional and adjustable gallery spots, a separate kitchen with a connected storage, a toilette, and a backspace for meetings. The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle and refrigerators, a coffee machine, a dish-washer and with complete tableware equipment.

Deposit 500 €: The gallery shall conclude a separate contract with the tenant for the use of the space. The deposit will be fully refunded if all conditions of this contract are met.
